I spent about 5 years warning people here that Pervasip debt situation was horrendous, that most of their rosy PRs were tantamount to lies, and that toxic financing has a direct and heavy negative influence on stock price.

Most chose not to listen.


By the way, in a recent ruling in the Electronic Arts case, the judge ruled that "puffery" in company PRs is allowed. So, penny stock hype is legal. Caveat emptor.
