The last 10q released was on 8/30 so the next one will logically be released by 11/30. This will show the 3rd quarter's financials which will state revenues FOR THE FIRST TIME in the history of PRDL. Also, there was the news regarding the 4 billion of shares that they will be retiring to treasury and insiders own another 2 billion shares with a lock out agreement (so they can't sell). I don't see a RS on the horizon, 30% of outstanding shares are going back to treasury and the 10q will be released stating first time revenues for PRDL. Be sure to be locked and loaded for the end of November because PRDL is going to take off.
