The fact that they filed the Termination of Registration tells me that they are done with ARSC.

I know you're looking for proof that definitely states that you won't be getting them, however, you'll never see anything which says you are or you aren't any more. They're done. That's why they filed the TOR.

You tell me....why do you think they filed that TOR?
