Of course they are. They all are. They're about momentum and nothing else. They dilute, keep some shares for themselves, sell some shares to shady financiers, then pump up the price to sell to suckers on the way up. The people that make money buy and sell the momentum.
Right now after the Marijuana bull market ended abruptly all the usual suckers are staying away.
Give it a few months, a new "generation" of suckers needs to be cultivated.
