This TheDirectory.Com company/stock is a total loser. The business model is not working. Massive dilution is only going to bring in a massive reverse split and you will loose all your value in the stock. SG will walk away with your money. sell now while you can and save a few dollars. I have just sold my entire position in SEEK at $.0005 I dont expect a rebound to $.0010s. I feel for those holding millions of shares here. It will go to $.0001 and then SG will issue a reverse split to reduce the float down and play this game again and again. Its no different then filing bankruptcy and wiping out the shareholders. I dont believe he is worried about shareholder value. He just needs money and this is his way to take from the shareholders legally. Good Luck to all holding shares but your days are numbered here in this looser. Take care all.
