HALB is already a diluting machine. The game is to gap and trap investors. Always has been and until you can find a bunch of investors willing to gamble and get volume in the 50 to 100 million a day this will always spike the price and close below open. Look at L2 and you will see there is no support. Investors have been burned to may times with this POS.
