Understand newbies thinking this is a great deal, but ignoring the fact that they have diluted from 100M to nearly 900M shares and raised the A/S to 1.5 Billion should be a clue. Plus the fact the CEO ran off cashing in hundreds of thousands from the last few runs and still no revenue, product, nothing to show what they have fleeced from folks here.

Not sad, more like pathetic!
