I agree the lawsuit is a hail Mary, but I don't agree that whoever is holding us back in a non issue. Yes, there isn't much volume, but this has now been going on for 2+months and with this lack of volume it makes it easy to hold the stock price back. My guess is he's still short a few hundred thousand shares. Everyone here thought we'd be at .50 pre-markman and we haven't moved an inch. If it is Hudson sitting on the ask then the question becomes is how long will he sit there for.

Does anyone really think we aren't going to get a favorable or at the very least a split on the markman, and when was the last time you saw a fledgling company vs a behemoth in a IP suit settle? I think this should be a much higher stock px right now, i'm just trying to figure out why it isn't and who is behind it.
