The Company is involved in the production of numerous shows and entered into numerous strategic partnerships, none of which currently produces revenue. The Company's principal shareholder began his career with Blinder Robinson and was a successful stock promoter cited by the SEC for several infractions and paid a fine for those acts.

Through the convertible preferred stock which he purportedly owns 100% of, he controls the direction of the Company and under Delaware Law, does not have to have an annual meeting and can take virtually all actions on his own.

The stock in the past seven months had had two reverse splits equivalent of 1 share for every 30,000 owned. Thus, many charts showing return are not correct. If you owned 30,000 shares seven months ago worth $300. today you would have one share worth one and a half cents.

The Company finances itself through Asher Financial, Mr Kramer, principal.
