Regarding "even if", the point is Livewire toxic financing could have taken place since the last 10Q filing and shareholders wouldnt even know about it yet.
Lastly, a failure to identify toxic financing in Livewires filings is not my failure. Additionally, the remark about Livewires partying in Vegas was related to the companys lack of cash/AR reported on the June 30 10Q against their operating expenses, which would equate to running out of capital completely before July ended. Therefore, to continue operating, additional funds were necessary. Livewires historic funding of choice includes a large dose of TOXIC FUNDING
