Im sorry you couldnt find any toxic financing over the past year in Livewires SEC filings. However, it's all over the place and generally acknowledged by even the most ardent longs. Its also not my responsibility to point it out to anyone.

Additionally, the remark about Livewires partying in Vegas was related to the companys lack of cash/AR reported on the June 30 10Q against their operating expenses, which would equate to running out of capital completely before July ended.
