To me, the real give-a-way that this was a scam was the poor excuse of a store front. "Market Leader" of smart phones and tablets but yet all they sold was cheap knock off cases. Closed up shop and has unpaid property taxes

What happened to the Education website and education inititive? That was about as much of a scam as pot stocks.. LMAO

Val told me he needed to RS to obtain the government funding...about the only funding he ever got was diluting the crap out of his shareholders yet again... Government isn't going to fund an OTC stock. That was just a ploy to sell shares.
