$EQIX,...Equinix slips on Cowen downgrade

Cowen has downgraded Equnix (EQIX -1.9%) to Market Perform, and cut its target by $26 to $214.

The downgrade comes ahead of the data center owner's Oct. 29 Q3 report, and a week after it announced a $7.57/share special distribution to help qualify for REIT tax status.
