Apologies for the long response. I read the last four 10-Qs. 8/19/2014, 5/20/2014, 4/14/2014 and 11/19/2013. No toxic financing in any of them. If you or anybody else can point me to the page(s) much appreciated. Otherwise, I have to believe no toxic financing took place in the years the 10-Qs were filed.

Let me address your second comment. "Second, even if there wasnt any toxic funding in the last filing it does not mean a subsequent toxic funding didnt take place since the filing date,"

You said there was toxic financing. Multiple times actually. In fact, it was why I responded in the first place. Now you're saying, "even if there wasn't."

Well was there toxic financing or not? It's a yes or no no question. I know Yes and No questions are the toughest to answer because you're forced to defend your position. It's not a comfortable feeling to backtrack or hedge your position. BTW, it does sound like you're backtracking with this comment but hey who am I to judge a person who hides behind a pseudonyme.

I specifically asked you or anyone on the board to point out the toxic financing and nobody has. You surely haven't. Again, have to believe that no toxic financing has taken place and the thought of it is being used as a scare tactic.

Now could toxic financing have taken place since the last filing? Possibly. We won't know until the filings appear. My response to that is, "Could there be an Ebola out break in NYC any day now" Again, not sure until it happens. I like to deal in facts not speculation.

Now regarding your last comments, "Put your thinking cap on. LVVV had $6k cash as of June 30, 2014. It's now almost 4 months later. Something had to pay for their parties in Vegas. Do the math."

You said to look into the past to see LVVVs use of toxic financing, which I did and couldn't find any, and now you're asking me to look into the future and assume they used toxic financing to pay for parties in Las Vegas. I'm a reasonable person, could they have used toxic financing to pay for those parties? Possibly. But I can think of a half a dozen ways for a company to pay for parties in Las Vegas including the use of a credit card(s).

Again, if you or anybody can find this "toxic financing" in LVVV's filings and not in ones imagination I would appreciate you pointing it out to me.

TIA.
