Yes, indeed. PROW. No reason whatsoever this one can't go over a dime.
Here's a longer-term chart showing how PROW made a major move about a year ago. This time we are starting from a higher base and there is a lot more volume (despite the share structure not being all that different).
The A/S is only 100M and there is no debt (convertible or otherwise). The new CEO recently contributed $150K in capital and licenses to two patents (one approved, one pending).
Like I say. No reason in the world this couldn't trade over a dime.
