VNDM is NOT any dilution from the company or any old ActionView (old management) notes.

"As stated, there were some ActionView notes converted but nothing horrible, just a nuisance as I told another shareholder. Jose and I were discussing the 100M block that hit a few minutes ago. No clue. If its retail, it is coming from CEDE and has been. If not retail it has to be MM's or flippers or both."

The 100m block came from a trade that didn't even affect the bid. An exact wash trade for 100m came a bit later. This inflated Tuesday's volume to make it look like dilution. At the end of the day, OTCShortReport showed 58m shorted.

The next two days, VNDM showed a specific amount totaling around 28mil. OTCShortReport shows the same amount shorted for those two days. All this shorting happened at .0003, which there hasn't been a window to cover. Especially since most of the volume came from longs on ihub that were accumulating.

Someone is shorting here. The only way to beat them is to accumulate and hold. VNDM showed up at the end of June. Financials showed that second quarter, the SS was the same. BUT LOOK WHO SHOWED UP AND GAVE THEMSELVES AWAY.

Looking in June, 4mil from VNDM. But if it's dilution, how did the SS not change for 2nd quarter. Proof is right there.

It's easy to pick on a high float stock, but when there isn't any more shares being added, over millions in revenue being added, then someone can't hold it forever. Esp when fins and more news are released. Better hope a whale doesn't come and decide to buy all the 4s and 5s. I'd hate to cover on .0006 from .0003 position.
