The first idiot I spoke with kept telling me they can't give me tax advice and to speak with a cpa. And I was like. "You are going to send out tax forms that will break down what is short and long correct?" She says "Yes." So I said, "Then you should have someone there that makes these determinations." So basically just multiple dates. Which is pure bs. I called back again and got a much better guy who is escalating it to a team that handles these cases (like I wanted in the first place!). Hoping to have it resolved.
