You cannot see it in the 8K report, since Q3 2014 results are compared to Q3 2013 and the 9 months of 2014 months are compared to the 9 months of 2013 . In order to compare quarter over quarter you need to go back to previous quaterly report (Q2 2014 10Q) and you will see the $0.3B jump in G&A costs.
There was a similar increase also comparing Q3 vs Q1 2014 so you would think the Q3 2014 jump was caused by some exceptional events.
