Someone is taking a "HUGE STAKE" in $VPOR. The fact that they have been in talks with Hanover and could not release a "Material Event" to send the price parabolic means IMO, Hanover or "SOMEONE" wants shares at this low price before re-negotiating/finalizing its terms.

The type of volume we are seeing at the bid would crush you petty flippers so BIG MONEY is loading, in the midst of the chaos. Currently, not many investors are bullish enough to buy the ASK, yet it is occuring. 1.2 Mill went through, yesterday and the price per share rose. A 2,500 share trade painted it down. I speculate $VPOR is sitting on a few "GOLDEN EGGS" and the hatchlings are getting ready to hatch.
