Thanks for your mail.
It is not only disappointing but very pathetic that a company who is performing well does not even have the right mechanics to file their respective SEC filing which establishes them as a trust worthy name and all the stories/achievements on RUNNING A BUSINESS falls to dust when rule of thumb by itself is not followed.
As much as I understand all the operational hurdles you have tried to explain,it is in black and white that every company strives hard their own turf and end of the day investors look for results and not on the operational process explanations.In an ideal world that is why the CEO runs the company as the front face of the Investors but in your below explanations it does sound a bit as though the CEO is still not sure how bad their reputation is among Investor community.I have taken the initiative and have shared the emails with the discussion boards to communicate to them on the situation.
Once again,you the Investor relations department should have owned the act which I am performing by putting up an advert/PR of the least a tweet on the filing/delay or the ETA of the filing in approximate terms.Instead,there has been not tweet in the past 30 days and we do get updated with the pictures of the work that FRCN does.And honestly you/CEO thinks the Investor appreciates the picture when the audited company does not even file their financial results on time?
In short,I think FRCN needs to get their act very right and you the Investor Relations department need to reach out to the Investors shedding some light on the situation and future when deadlines are breached and not rather choose to give clarifications when pushed to the corner.
If you think the CEO even cares,please do request the lady to check the stock price at her leisure!!
Will await the filings with no other option left on hand.
