I've looked at the issues here and frankly this is borderline nuisance litigation. Hopefully the search engines will pick up these posts and future PAE's looking for financing via Hudson Bay Master IP Fund will be dissuaded and find other avenues.
Simple facts here are clear, with a Positive Markman Hearing this stock is just heading up.
Recently I reached out to an EA (Electronic Arts) Executive, who is also very concerned about this litigation. The executive gave me an education with regard to the physical dynamics of how companies like Activision, EA Sony and Microsoft interact. During actual console user game play the content is passed from XBox or Sony directly to Activision or EA.
Interesting. It does provide more of a picture of exactly how integral EA and Activision are to Microsoft and Sony.
