Halberd Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HALB) announces a definitive agreement with Gear International of Washington, Inc.

Yep HALB just teamed up with another shell that is not current. Gear was a hot stock a few years ago hitting highs of .10 on a scam. It fell dormant but has recently getting filings caught up. They used to be located in Phoenix, AZ but now show location in Pensacola, FL. They were a mining stock that had no assets but had good stories. Maybe they can teach Maddox and Poretta how to tell stories sense the Anheuser story blew up on them. Gear does look like they have a new CEO and some other members running the company.

So the question is: Why would a company own a hemp farm in Washington state and be based in Pensacola, FL? That is a far piece to mind the farm, pardon the pun.
