Want be no trial.As I stated I'm breaking down years of filings by the defense its attorneys and I got friends that are helping.It may take months but all I got is time like a man in jail.

In this case we got open court lies and false filings by the defense.We got at least 2 violations of the court order issued by Justice Oing regarding no dollar amounts or financials numbers being efiled for the public at large to see.

Without a doubt Pfizer breached the contract.They never terminated the contract per section 7 nor have they stopped using Ponezumab and its also factual its 28 words not 27 as the record reflects on the transcript.

Kind of hard to submit evidence to a jury that is (False)!

Oing needs to end this imho before he is made to look like he don't know what he is doing or who has control of his courtroom imho.

This is going to get interesting.The media/paper and reportes are going to be all over this soon not a opinion a fact.I've no confidentially agreement with the defense/Pfizer amnd I got buckets of quarters!

Again IMHO when the defense uploaded the financial numbers twice it violated the CDA between Pfizer and ILNS.

Shareholders of ILNS needs to file these claims against the defense imho.
