The latest pacer from one of the other infringers request a 5 month stay in their district court case so that they can see the results of the HTC appeal's court case. They believe the appeals case will be over early 2015.

The Teva Supreme court case well be over and ready for release about the same time. This is the case that decides whether the claims in patent appeals court cases must be heard De Vova.
