I can't answer the question as to why the company stays under valued in a few words. My short answer is that this is primarily a long term trade and it's going to take some time to work some of these issues out.

Excessive negative sentiment here is two fold: One, a fair number of traders perceive the stock to be an undervalued short term trade. They take large positions in expectation of a quick bounce to whatever they perceive to be fair value. When the stock doesn't move fast enough they dump their large positions and complain. And two, it should be obvious there is a certain amount of vendetta posting going on which contributes to the overall negative cast. All I can say about that is consider the source.
