Waffer filed suit against Sandia in 2009, settled with Sandia in 2012, and only just lost ownership of the software as partial settlement of the judgement against them this year. Our legal system is very slow and very expensive.

If any authority ever goes after a penny stock or the thieves who operate it, the case won't be seen in court until years after the fact of the pennystockthievery, if the case sees a courtroom at all. Which is doesn't in most cases.

I fear one doesn't just call up one's judge or lawyer friends. There is a system which is slower, more expensive, and harder work than turning a penny stock profit.
