I used to believe in this . If you still do its ok. It really has not reacted to those new shares yet. The increase in a/s will definitely not help the eps .I think the p/e is multiplied by 4 now The deferred dividend does not sit well with me either. Two increases in a/s in two years. I guess that is just my opinion. The market might not feel the same way about it that I do. This stock may go up but it is one risky play in my mind right now. Not a fraud just not stockholder friendly administrative actions. By all means buy what you like and sell what you want. Dare I question the revenue reality? Not fraudulent just accounting procedure. Its real complicated. I think not.
