If I'm reading correctly AAPL would be happy to work with GTAT again in the future. This last deal wasn't working out in GTAT's favor. GTAT used the BK to force AAPLs hand. If GTAT has some other profit making scheme waiting in the wings (and I believe they do with solar and sapphire) this could have been an extremely shocking and savvy move on the part of GTAT management.
