more importantly is how does a stock trade 1000 shares at $.0010 when the ask shows 130M at $.0001??

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

today's volume was rather interesting considering there was no volume at $.0001 last week and today 33M at $.0001 which was all at the ask.
