Hostile takeover? Shell was hijacked? Oh, good grief.

It couldn't possibly be that Waffer just suffers from no business and bad management, could it?

Personally, I would take anything that came from Waffer with a huge block of salt. If Waffer is saying it, it is either not happening or it is happening with their complicity.

And there is the "Let's be rational" Test: WHO in their right mind would WANT to "takeover" Waffer?
