They probably won't be but should be. Lazy managers make lazy investments. Besides, a closer analysis will reveal there is Not any REAL sizable institutional investing. In my opinion most of those are the equivalent of throwing a $5 chip on 14 of the roulette wheel as you casually walk by. You know you are going to lose but every once in a while you take a shot anyway in the hope of hitting the number.
