I'm wondering WHY they only decided to raise only one million? That seems pitiful amount to cause such a upheaval in the stock. It would dovetail nicely with a plan to buy a lot of stock @ a low price ---IF that was your plan. There is more to this stock sale than just to raise a little money, I just can't figure it out.
