MMTC did not lose the trial, MMTC is the aggressor here its not the other way around as some would want you to believe. Alpine was in the wrong, their past is anything but rosy. The part that cracks me up the most is just what I said, MMTC IS THE AGRESSOR HERE, IT'S NOT ALPINE AS SOME WOULD HAVE YOU BELIEVE, I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH! Alpine should be extremely worried as of now, MMTC is suing them for 1.6 million and MMTC's case is strong. Don't fall for the BS, Alpine is on the weak end of this case, its not MMTC, MMTC should have no problem obtaining victory, I'm sure we'll hear the gory details soon enough. Also, there is nothing on the internet that pertains to this case, nothing can be found on Google, we'll hear news soon enough, news of victory!
