"Who cares about A/S. I've seen dead stocks from .0001 like SVA*D

go from .0001 up 15,000%."

DNAX is not a dead stock. It does have real products, and I agree with Trader53 that eventually, it will run. I just don't think that will happen until DNA management has dumped more dilution into the market, and driven the PPS consistently a bit lower.

Make no mistake, DNA management will continue to dilute into the market until they get their financials in better order. Also, make no mistake that you have to assume worst case scenario, which is full dilution into the SIX BILLION share A/S unless DNA management ungags their transfer agent. You cannot believe the numbers that DNA management has posted on OTC Markets; if they were honest numbers, then there would no reason to gag the TA and prevent shareholders from confirming the share structure.

It is unlikely that DNA management will get their financials in better shape until they either get a beverage broker to take almost all of their warehouse inventory (where all of their cash is locked up) off of their hands (probably at a discounted price), or they figure out how to start advertising their products effectively in their local markets to increase sales. If either of those things was happening, there would have been a PR about it because either of those would be game changers.

Because I do not see either of those things happening anytime soon, when the PPS stays in the $0.0002-3 range, I would recommend buying... but not until then.

If one is willing to hold until a real run occurs, even buying now at $0.0006 would be profitable, but I see no reason to do that when I think that later it will be possible to use the same money to buy two or three times the shares.
