One year ago, 10/23/13 things looked great for Viropro. Share price .024. The deal with Vivo to bring in 15 million dollars is set. Vivo has 100 scientists and clients include Bristol Myers and Sanofi. Michelle Peake has been fired as CEO at Alpha and Peake and Ken Sorensen have been advised that their one year term as Directors is over and they will not be reappointed for second year. It is thought that Viropro will soon be a 500 million cap company. The next day Ken Sorensen attempts to file an 8K saying he has removed CT and Richard Serbin as Directors and he has appointed himself the President of Viropro. And the rest is history.
