I totally understand your frustration.

A couple of things to note, this is a FULLY OPERATING COMPANY. I have
been in their offices many times, and it is a busy place. They have a team
out WORKING ever day (weather permitting) for months. Franchisees are just
as busy and that is a great thing.

The only thing going on here is that the company has not filed its latest
update with the SEC. I don’t control filings, as I really am here (forty
miles from the FRCN offices) to take calls and answer emails from
investors and potential investors. I have let her know that everyone wants
an update, and I am sure it will come soon.
