No, Nolan McWilliams, staff attorney at the SEC in Washington DC did. And I plan on calling him or his staff this week to remind him that J. Wade Mezey has resurfaced as Joseph Wade using the same horse as a means to create a shell company incubator.
They can start commenting on this supposed acquisition/business combination and audits, etc. so we don't have to discuss it here anymore.
