bear, small correction: not "to be reported" but already reported. As it looks, there are so much documented and undocumented fraud took place this year in BKEN not funny any more.............you know yourself, officially documented "acquisition" of Nations alone has fraud written all over it since it is nowhere to be found in filings...........
That is precisely why nobody is touching those "cheapies" now since everybody knows what is coming here. Actually, considering that not a single share has been traded today, suspension might be coming sooner than we anticipated.
I hope Wilson, Jensen, Naumu understand that time is running out for them. Short of them themselves creating a legit oil company and postdating it, I don't think anything else would help their cause. imo
