The only business plan BKEN has is to steal money from naive investors though awareness campaigns. If you would read the most recent filings, you would clearly see they aren't even trying to pretend to be an oil company anymore. There is no mention of the supposed oil related acquisitions and no mention of any real intent to be in the oil business.
BKEN is a run of the mill pink sheet scam.
