What bid support? You need buyers willing to hit the ask and hit it hard. Unless you see 50 to 100 million volume HALB is content to dilute at the lower market. You need orders to support the bid and they are not there. It had some momentarily this morning and it vaporized. Traders are skeptical with this one and have been for a long time. Willing to bet the spread opens up wide again shortly.
