You inserted the word 'only' when explaining specific distributors. This is the real sentence:

ITNS is well into that 90 day period and we will have a 2 year expiration date for Emesyl that is planned for specific distributors.

Read it with your 'only' word, fine. But when I read it the statement clarifies that they have specific distributors lined up or in mind.
