Good thought as they would know if the companies future plans included another R/S and going private! Insiders can just write up a new class of shares and exchange common for preferred. Do a ridiculous R/S like 50,000 to 1 which should eliminate 99% of stockholders value, then exchange preferred for common and sell off and then go private!
