Hope I didn't come off too assertive in my response. I was short for posting time today. Just that the last increase was really surprising considering how conservative they had been up to Cohort 8. I don't think we will see another one that large again because the current dose is knocking on the door of highly effective and I doubt they want to overrun a higher MTD by blowing by it in a single escalation. But, who knows without seeing PK/PD data.

Whatever the decision, it will be the best informed one. I will be happy with anything over 450 as that is well above high efficacy against some tumor types that was seen in the preclinical work.
