References a big Law Firm name and International Marketing Firm to form partnership alliances without defining business goals and/or targets or objectives. 6. Has made several press releases regarding launch of SH products and still none are available for purchase. 7. Continues to dilute the stock by doubling outstanding shares to 17.3M O/S and when money is gone will do another reverse split like recently done. 8. Agnes' salary is $240k with 5% raise this year. 9. Pays for no advertising for this stock to increase exposure to investors. 10. Allows chart data on this site to remain inaccurate with outstanding shares grossly underestimated, nothing about conversion shares, share structure, warrant shares, Personal Placement Shares, Restricted Shares nor the preferred shares used to pay for legal and financial services rendered to the Company.
