Jerry will put out an 8-k once a deal is finalized.

Problem is, he can't seem to finalize anything. 1 well out of 3 years, and multiple failed deals. The loss of 30 leases was a material event. That should have been 8-k when it happened. Not wait until the 10-k came out. We'll let the S.E.C and Finra determine if Jerry is on the up and up.
