That's exactly why I find it strange that Natario is still shown as CEO. I just tried the Delaware SOS, and now I remember what happened the other night - it wasn't that the system was down, it was that I was too cheap to spend $20 which is what they want for a single records request (corporate status and filings). Damn, it is almost worth doing.

You'd think an investor would do it, and post the results showing that Gustin is the official CEO. Perhaps they are afraid of what they'd find.
