Sharpei, from your observations as a chartist, how valid has this approach been in your work in projecting ACTC's past movement specifically, and otcbb stocks in general?
Obviously this technical chartist approach displays technical parameters and cannot factor in changing fundamental factors that might evolve and intervene, so it begs the question of the inevitability of this projected area of decline (i.e. gap filling) or even the realistic possibility of this happening, or just more objective information one should consider?
