I would love for GTAT shareholders to recover some of their losses...I got in after the BK announcement so have not had the massive losses like the holders prior to the announcement...but can imagine their pain and suffering due to this...really hope that GTAT is able to move forward! Seems like GTAT has removed quite a bit of debt with the AAPL agreement and with shutting down the plant in Arizona with rent free for a year, their financial situation has improved...so, it would not surprise me if they were able to reorganize to the extent that BK would not be necessary. Also, it's interesting that GTAT never disclosed the exact reasons for the filing, and I suspect this is due to the confidentiality agreement with AAPL....so, now that's taken care of...maybe there will be better options for GTAT now! GLTU!
