Not to make light of this but can you imagine what the reaction would be if shareholders upon entering the building on the day of the shareholders meeting saw a big sign stating something akin to "We regret to inform shareholders that Paul Wotton, Dr. Lanza and the entire management team will be unable to preside and attend over this meeting due to circumstances beyond our control.
In his absence we have chosen our former competent CEO Gary Rabin, who is sill very well acquainted with the company, to preside over thus very important meeting as well as to answer any questions you may have.
We are truly sorry for any incovenience this may cause any of our loyal shareholders, and we look forward to speaking to, seeing and hearing from you in the near future."
