Note the article states the anticipated capacity is only 13,000 tons/year. Not even close to the 50,000 annually the European contract called for. Unless Molen comes out and says they were able to go with a larger torrefaction unit... that comes out to less than $3 million a year in revenue as output of the plant. And I'm guessing ATP-SC LLC is going to want to be using the torrefaction machine as well. Remember, the plant is supposed to split revenue 60-40, as Vega is only contributing 40% of the start-up funds. This is not a minor inconsistency, so anyone thinking that Vega has a secured revenue stream of $55ish million over the next 5 years through the European deal needs to think again.
