I feel like BK will drop sooner rather than later (starting on the 25th or 30th whichever the court date is) cause that's when they propose their reorganization.

I've read things about Chap 11s wiping out shareholders before but that's IF something like that is in the reorganization. Due to previous statements AFTER the bankruptcy from GTATQ saying that they (paraphrasing here don't know exact quote) were sorry about the 93% drop in stock price and were going to reorganize and refocus on a better footing to get PPS back up to where it should be - they also said this more of an aspiration than a guarantee but they obviously have even common shareholders in mind and not in a "let's wipe them out" kind of way.

As for the plant, AAPL is actually letting them use the mesa AZ plant for one year rent free before it shuts down. I'm assuming this is simply to help allow them to sell off the ~2000ish furnaces that they need to sell but hey any extra time they can squeeze out of a rent free building would be awesome.

Not to mention SELLING furnaces as opposed to utilizing them is what they did before their apple glass deal. (And not even 100% of what they did, they're in solar tech and some more awesome stuff as well)
